Julia's Quote from Ultima IV[edit]
"Self preservation is the first law of nature; self sacrifice the highest rule of grace."
Does anyone know more about this quote's origins? I've found it in it's entirety on several Christian websites (listed always as Anonymous), and I know that the first part is attributable to Samuel Butler, but haven't found a source for where Butler says it or evidence that he's responsible for the second half of the quote. --Blu3vib3 00:17, 12 August 2011 (PDT)
