Silver Serpent pendant[edit]
I came across a photo that suggests there may have been a Silver Serpent pendant released in Japan at some point. It's in this Japanese "Ultima Museum" blog, perhaps the comments (in Japanese) tell where it came from: http://blogs.yahoo.co.jp/naopoohwine1966/folder/1018646.html
- Sorry, I know nothing. Never seen such a thing while I was there. Dungy 02:47, September 8, 2010 (UTC)
- Using Google Chrome's translate, it appears that this is from a Japanese version of one of the games. Here is the translated text:
- Shirubasapanto sterling silver pendant (Japanese version only Urutimakorekushon campaign)
- There is also a Codex Key Chain included int he Japanese version of U9.
- Codex Symbol key chain type (with Puremiamuedeishon Ultima 9)
- Not sure how these should be handled until we can confirm. --Browncoat Jayson 14:03, September 7, 2010 (UTC)
- It looks like the Virtue Coin was part of the Japanese "First Limited Edition" of the Complete Ultima (http://www.ultimacollectors.info/ucpl_jp_1.htm), the codex keychain was the Japanese "Premium Edition" of U9 (http://www.ultimacollectors.info/u9_jp_2.htm), and there are others that are also not included on this page (for example, a crystal in the Chinese "Special Edition" of U9, http://www.ultimacollectors.info/uc_cn_1.htm). I'm still looking for the silver serpent amulet. -- Browncoat Jayson 14:00, September 8, 2010 (UTC)
Deletion[edit]
Practically everything in this page has now been coverd by the Trinkets and Merchandise category. I think this page should be deleted, or changed to be a fuller article. But as it is now, it adds no information not covered by the categories. MAYBE we could add a higher category, something like "Collectables", which include Trinkets, Merchandise and things like Completion Certificates, but there is still no need for this page anymore. The talk section above can be moved to the Trinkets category page.--Sega381 23:11, October 1, 2010 (UTC)
