Talk:Castle of Lord British

I know this was also discussed somewhat in Talk:Castle Brittania, but is Castle Britannia and Lord British's Castle actually two different castles or are they the same? If they are the same castle, hard to tell since the castle is different in every iteration of Ultima, perhaps these two articles should be merged as one. Dungy 15:49, September 17, 2010 (UTC)
- You raise a fair point. It's a bit difficult to tell what the answer is, but the way the U4 manual describes Castle Britannia does seem to imply it's a new construction. It might still be wise to consider merging the two articles for the sake of avoiding confusion, but I'd like to hear what others think about it first. --Terilem 16:03, September 17, 2010 (UTC)
- As the person who made the Castle of Lord British article to begin with, my vote is for different name, different article... that, and Castle Britannia pretty much marks the start of the "real" Ultima games, in many ways. But I would be fine with a merge and redirects made for both names, I guess. We need more articles here, though! ;) --Polygoncount 16:17, September 17, 2010 (UTC)
- We're not making articles just for the sake of making new articles. :P I stand my ground when we have Books, [[Ultima Books], and Clue Books, all of which used to contain identical information. :P I just think if Britain and Yew are allowed to stretch Ultima I --> Ultima IX, why not the castle. Also, I find the two articles confusing.
