Blue Tassles[edit]
Actually, I think it's "blue tassles". Even though both "tassle" and "tassles" are spelling mistakes, I believe the spelling mistake that Ultima made was "tassles". Someone should confirm this. AngusM 04:48, November 15, 2009 (UTC)
Tassle Operation[edit]
I also think that the effect that the tassles have isn't right. As I recall, you have to kill the crew before you can even enter the boat. AngusM 04:53, November 15, 2009 (UTC)
- No, that's in the later Ultimas. In Ultima II you "pacify" a boat by moving on top of it and entering it while holding a blue tassle. You get attacked until you've commandeered it, though.

- Ah, yes, you have to move into the boat then commandeer it. If you just try to counter-attack, you'll end up destroying it. It's coming back to me. But what happens if you lose the tassles? I don't think the ship goes pirate on you. I think you just can't command it anymore. 'Should be looked into. AngusM 02:36, November 17, 2009 (UTC)
