U IX ankh

Hmmm... While my Ultima 4 ankh looks identical to the photo, my Ultima 9 one looks almost nothing like it, contrary to the article's claim. I'd have to put them next to each other to see if there's a size difference, but the U9 ankh has a loop at the top, is bronze, and looks much like the example in the the Ultima 5 intro image. Unfortunately I can't find any images on the web that confirm that I have a normal U9 ankh, so I'll leave it someone else to change the page if I'm correct.

I've personally laid eyes on two versions of U9's ankh trinket. The one I received with the US Dragon Edition was small and bronze, like you described. I also had a friend who purchased the Asia-Pacific Dragon Edition, in which the ankh was a much larger, quite substantial piece of silvery metal.
