Splot is a weeping skeleton who dwells in the ruins of Magincia during the time of Ultima IV.
Description[edit]
Splot would tell the Stranger that it regretted its past Pride. It begged the hero to be free of conceit, claiming that only the humble were pure, and that Humility was the root from which all other virtues sprang. Should the Stranger claim indeed to seek purity, Splot would advise the hero to ask the serpent of the rune of Humility and the black stone.[1]
Trivia[edit]
- In the Nintendo remake of Ultima IV (Japanese original), Splot can be identified with the skeleton outside the same building. This character was removed in the English localization.
