Spiran is a healer who, during the time of Ultima IV, resides in Skara Brae and is the proprietor of The Mystic Heal.

A typical healer of the age, Spiran was a man of few words, tending mainly to the duties of his practice, and occasionally attempting to solicit donations of blood to help in his work. At the time the Stranger passed through Skara Brae during the quest toward Avatarhood, he was tending to the injured Emerson.
