Oradinar is an outcast living on the fourth level of the Abyss, who has specialised in fishing. He appears in Ultima Underworld.
Description[edit]
Oradinar used to be a Britannian fisherman, but for some unspecified crime he was sentenced by Baron Almric to lifelong imprisonment in the Abyss. Thanks to his knowledge of fishing, however, he managed to make a far better living in the Abyss than many of the others imprisoned in it.
When meeting him, Oradinar told the Avatar that he generally tried to avoid trouble, thus living a safe life. He preferred a safe life at his fishing grounds to any kind of excitement. He told the Avatar of where to find a pond that was especially rich with fish, and even offered the hero his spare fishing rod as a sign of goodwill. The advice proved important in order to get enough fish for barter.
Later, he was rescued by Garamon, when the volcano erupted.
