Barclay is a character unique to the Super Nintendo port of Ultima VII. He is a cobbler in Cove who specializes in making boots.
Description[edit]
Mukow had very little to say, speaking only of his trade. He would tell the Avatar, if asked, that he had heard tell of a pair of "scale boots" which could protect their wearer from the heat of flame and lava.[1]
