Dancek is a tinker living in Buccaneer's Den during Ultima IV.

The jolly old man could be found at Captain Black Tavern, where he was glad to explain his livelihood to the Stranger, talking about how he specialized in the design of projectile machinery. He would happily boast that there was a good chance that he was the engineer behind the cannons on the hero's own ship.[1]
