Barbra is the keeper of the Flame of Love in Empath Abbey during the time of Ultima V.
Description[edit]
When meeting her near the flame, Barbra told the Avatar how the Flame of Love was one of three flames, and that as long they burned, all hope was not lost. She added however, that right now evil had infested the land in the form of the Shadowlords, which opposed the very fabric of Virtue. When the Avatar told her of the quest to restore Lord British to the throne, she revealed a vision in which she saw a man of whom she could only see his reflection.[1]

In Ultima V: Lazarus, Barbra suggested the Avatar attend to a night vigil at the Flame of Love, peering into its depths from the 6th hour to dawn. She hinted that many questions can be answered through this.[2]
