Baden is a fighter positioned north of Trinsic in The Ultima 6 Project.

After following the Paws Tower Guard's directions about a Gargoyle patrol southwest of the hamlet, the Avatar was discovered by Baden just north of Trinsic. Baden told the hero that he had been sent to Trinsic by Geoffrey after a number of shipments from the town had been delayed, only to find Gargoyles had besieged the city. The sergeant realized he needed more men to break the blockade, so for the time being was staying safely outside of the town away from the Gargoyles. Baden's plan was to have Geoffrey position troops outside the newly working Britain moongate. The Avatar would infiltrate Trinsic and retrieve the Rune of Honor, and would use this to free the Shrine of Honor and activate the Trinsic moongate. This would allow Geoffrey's troops to enter within the midst of the Gargoyles, and quickly free the city with the benefit of surprise.
The attack was a complete success, and Baden thanked the Avatar for their role in freeing the city of Trinsic after the battle.
