Notes

When selling materials, it will produce a negative increment on the selling price per transaction. This price is universal (i.e. player A sells two times to give a -2 increment, player B then comes along and his selling price will start with a -2 increment). However, it will rise back up to it's original price fairly quickly. Usually within a game day or so. Sometimes if you sell a lot in one bunch, it will double increment you (i.e. rather than a -1, it'll give a -2).
