This image was taken using the Forgotten World Editor. These level 4 rooms are located located beyond the walls behind the transition point from the Covetous lift. Included here are two beds, a dining table, a gated room with lots of chests and a hidden room with lots more gold and chest. Most wall objects in the game don't have a backside so you can't see all of the walls, but most of them are there except for one side in the cavern area and of course the tracks go empty out into nothing.
Note: The default textures represent areas outside of the normal and are usually lava for this map.
