Players can find the Cromwell Family Amulet within a Sealed Sarcophagus in the Passage of Avatars.

Description

If the hero takes the amulet, or a tracing of the amulet, it can be returned to Guildscribe Cromwell in the Mage's Guild in Britain.

Steps

Investigate the Sarcophagus

In the sarcophagus you find a simple amulet. Symbols representing the Eight Virtues encircle a family crest with the 'Cromwell' along the bottom. Maybe the family would offer a reward for it.

Travel to Britain City

• Enter the city of Britain, southeast of Castle Britannia

Ask a guard about the Cromwell family

• Speak to Gregor at the Britain City moat bridge

"I found a Cromwell family amulet. Where can I find them?"

"Cromwell? Only one I know of is in the Mages Guild. That's just through the gate and on your left. It's got the blue flames out front. You can't miss it."

"Blue flame on the left, past the gate. Thanks, friend!"

Enter the Mages Guild

• Seek Cromwell in the Mages Guild, northwest of the Britain City Gate.

"I found an amulet with your name on it."

(If you created a rubbing of the amulet, he says:)

"This was buried with my grandfather. He sought the Codex of Ultimate Wisdom but died to wounds on the journey. I have wished to see the amulet so I could place its likeness in the archives. Thank you!"

"There is Virtue in the journey itself. I'm sure he died well."
