William is a character unique to the SNES-port of Ultima VII. He appears in Cove.
Description[edit]
A simple man, William was very concerned about the state of Cove's water supply, and was sad that the pollution of Lock Lake had made its waters less than potable. He would be gladdened should the Avatar bring news of legislation which would ban dumping in the lake, and would appear hopeful that he might someday be able to drink from it again.[1]
