Vultures are birds that are different from the others, as they look for the bodies of the dead to feed on them.
Description[edit]
Normally, vultures are harmless due to their natural preference for animal corpses and flee from enemies on sight. However, sometimes if provoked, they react with violence against the attacker or intruder, attacking with their sharp beak. Also, some vultures have developed a liking for fresh meat and thus actively attack lifestock animals for their meals, as shown on New Magincia in Ultima IX.
Vultures can be found everywhere in the wilderness.

- Although they only appeared once, vultures had to exist before, since in Ultima VII the saying "Vultures shall pick thy bones" is used in battle.
