Umberto is a fisherman living south of Trinsic in Ultima IX.

When meeting him, Umberto told the Avatar of how he was suffering under his neighbor, Marek, who would bully Umberto into surrendering half of his catch. He claimed to be getting his revenge on Marek by using Marek's fishing spots, regarding this situation as Marek stealing back his own fish. Only after the Shrine of Honor was cleansed did this stop, and Umberto was thankful to the Avatar from alleviating this burden.[1]
