Thol told the Avatar that he made and sold all the weapons in Serpent's Hold, and since he was also a Knight of the Order of the Silver Serpent, he also spent several hours every evening standing watch on the battlement.[1]
He admitted to the hero that in the past his path had taken him into combat several times, and his fighting days were not yet over, but he now best served the Order through his creation of arms and armour. Thol further mentioned that it was difficult to get new supplies and arms into Serpent's Hold with the Oppression’s blockade in place, and he was now forced to do much of the repair of the Knights arms and armour.
