"Armours"?[edit]

I don't think the string "exotic armours" appears anywhere in U3. I think they were always called "the exotic arms". AngusM 03:37, September 16, 2009 (UTC)

Agreed. I looked in Underworld Dragon's Transcript and verified it in game. I say we move it. -- Fenyx4 17:36, April 24, 2010 (UTC)
"Armours," no, but there were both Weapons and Armour versions that had to be found in two different locations, and also equipped separately. It should be "Exotic Armour," or, bare minimum, "Exotics (Armour)" and "Exotics (Weapons)."
That's true. If Notable Ultima is to be believed, then there were "Exotics" and "Exotic arms", which amounted to weapons and armour. But why make two different articles? I think there's little enough material to go into one. AngusM 18:32, April 24, 2010 (UTC)
Hmm, I dunno, I think they should be split up... the same is done with Mystic Arms and Armor, isn't it? One is a weapon, one is armour; weapons and armour are already separated, so these should be as well, with a "See Also" link on each page. Trivia: I think when you first find them it just says "Exotics!"
Ok, I guess "Exotics (Armour)" makes the most amount of sense to me as well, then. AngusM 02:02, April 27, 2010 (UTC)
Just please get rid of the noun "Armours". As a former English as a foreign language teacher, this is killing me! (Dungy 21:24, May 18, 2010 (UTC))
The debate may continue, but i got rid of armours. (Dungy 01:10, May 21, 2010 (UTC))

FYI: In the Apple II version, exotic weapons are found east of Fawn. Exotic armour is found east of Grey. The screen captures that show the islands where each can be found are mixed up and should be swapped with each other. Various characters call them "exotics". In the inventory, they list as "exotic" in both the weapon and armour categories. (Anon. 21 April 2011)

Thanks, we'll fix that! Dungy 08:53, 22 April 2011 (PDT)
