Sy is a false militiaman in northern Britannia in The Ultima 6 Project.

The more charismatic member of his group, Sy could be found in the woods of northern Britannia with his companions Dagan and Bast. Sy initially told the hero that his group patrolled the area between Yew and Empath Abbey, providing protection to travelers. The villain claimed to have been protecting the forests for some six years, rarely having the chance to go to town, but to buy supplies. Sy professed to have been near Empath Abbey during a supposed Gargoyle attack near the Shrine of Justice, and that the Gargoyles left nothing but a pool of blood, supposedly eating the victims. Shamino, not trusting this tale, insisted the Avatar proceed to the shrine to investigate personally.

Sylaina Moorehead would reveal to the the hero that Dagan, Sy, and Bast were rogues who had worked with her late pirate husband Nathaniel Moorehead. She openly doubted their claim of trying to protect Britannia from the Gargoyles.

Upon further investigation of a murder site near the Shrine of Justice and the fake militia's encampment along the Lost River, the Avatar learned that the three rogues had been waylaying travelers in northern Britannia, and had even burned a house in Yew to the ground. With this evidence in hand, the hero approached Lenora, who promptly had the criminals arrested.
