Sven is a patron at the tavern in Yew in Ultima IX.

Sven immediately complained to the Avatar that it was impossible to get a drink in Yew without signing a release form, and refused sign one. He also told the Avatar about a pirate who was going to be put on trial, predicting that she would soon be hung.[1]
After the Shrine of Justice was cleansed, Sven happily resumed his drinking, as well as demonstrating incredulity over the fuss that was occurring due to the reviews of old court cases.
