Steeltoe is a mountain man in the failed Abyss colony. He appears in Ultima Underworld.

When the Avatar met him on the second level of the Abyss, Steeltoe made it clear that he was guarding the vault, and only the password would grant the Avatar access. After bribing Goldthirst to get the password "Deco Morono", Steeltoe allowed the Avatar to pass.

Here, you will find the mountainman guard of King Goldthirst's treasure hoard; usually, an oaf named Steeltoe has the duty here. Should you wish to view the king's goods, tell this guard the words "Deco Morono" - the king's password, carefully kept secret except to me.
