Quix is a mage living in Trinsic during Ultima IV.
Description[edit]
Quix was in the midst of searching for an animated skeleton which lay hidden somewhere in the City of Honor, believing that it could reveal to her the location of the purple stone. Should the Stranger speak to the wandering magician, she would ask if the stone had been found and would caution the hero to use it wisely.[1]
Trivia[edit]
- In the Nintendo remake of Ultima IV (where most character names were omitted and dialogue was significantly modified), the wandering Quix can be identified with the woman in the healery at Serpent's Hold. Apparently, she managed to learn from Skitle about the purple stone, and now she is willing to share this and more information with the Stranger.[2]
