Paradroid is a website with a collection of personal projects, some of them Ultima-related. Notably it includes enhanced Commodore 64 versions of Ultima III and Ultima IV. They include bug fixes, speed optimization, trainers and a wide variety of other things.
Also of interest is a very high quality HTML version of the Ultima IV documentation. This includes The History of Britannia and The Book of Mystic Wisdom. Both are faithfully translated into HTML, including all the illustrations.
