Noctis Labyrinthus and Coprates Chasma

Noctis Labyrinthus and Coprates Chasma are two systems of caverns located on Mars in the late 19th century, located near Argyre at 20S 113W.

This twisting series of tunnels was the home to Cooter McGee an American prospector who made his living mining oxium from the Martian rocks. The Avatar was sent to the tunnels by Calamity Jane to rescue the lost prospector after Rasputin had trapped the miner within his cavern for refusing to reveal the location of his oxium motherlode.
