Mysterious Sosaria
Telavar's Mysterious Sosaria is an Ultima fan website with quite a large selection of Ultima music in MIDI format, as well as a nice-looking "atlas" of Britannia.
The music is from all Ultima games, except Ultima IX, which didn't use MIDI. The atlas of Britannia uses render images of the locations together with the text.
A section about the "martial arts" was closed years ago.
Its last update was on January 2000. As of October 2010, the website is still up and running.
