Mercury is a planet within the Terran Solar System. In Ultima II it is possible to visit Mercury in the year 2112 A.D. using a rocket ship.
Description[edit]
When the Stranger travelled in time to this age, Mercury was located at coordinates 5,4,5. The planet could be visited flying on a rocket ship, which can be acquired from the post-apocalyptic Soviet settlement of Pirates Harbour.
The Mercury of Minax's 2112 was largely covered with water, bearing only a scant handful of swampy landmasses on its surface. While no evidence of current civilization could be found on this desolate planet, a single dungeon on its major island suggested that intelligent life had once either inhabited or visited Mercury. It is unknown by Britannian sages, but the dungeon could have been built by Earth humans during the process of "terraformation" of the planet.
After the time doors closed and the ahistorical timeline became inaccessible, any other information about it is unknown.
