In the shamastic magic of Eodon, the spell Light makes cave exploration much easier.

Spell Description[edit]

To cast the spell, the shaman has to make an offering of Chocolatl to the totem of Heluzz. Once the offering is accepted, the area around the caster will be illuminated. The intensity of the light is that of a lit torch and it also lasts the same amount of time. The spell is very useful during the night or when exploring dark caves, when no natural light is available. Also, with no torch being there this means one more free hand.

Lore[edit]

This combination produces a moderate light for a period of several minutes. The light is on par with that produced by torches, so this spell is not especially useful. How exactly the light is produced remains a mystery, however.

Trivia[edit]

  • The spell works the same as the Britannian spell Light, in creating a light source that is as bright as a torch and lasts the same time.
