Jolly Joe was a resident of Montor East during the time of Ultima III.
Description[edit]
Jolly Joe could be found singing a merry song of "Ho Ho Ho!" as he sauntered about Montor, but had little of substance to impart to the Stranger or any companions.[1] In the Lord British's "Great Work," Lord Asa would compile information about the twin cities of Montor, and would instruct those traveling there to disregard Joe's boisterous song.[2]
