The Helm of Light is a very powerful magical helm.It appears in the Ultima VII Part Two expansion, The Silver Seed.

Description

Wearing this helm eliminates the need for light sources, as the helm illuminates everything as if it is daylight. It also has the defensive value of a magic helm and keeps the wearer warm like a fur cap. Issik originally had the Helm of Light, but he became locked into his own maze and died there. It was thought lost in the War of Imbalance, but the Avatar retrieved it with time travel, bringing it to the present. It is unknown what happened to it when the Avatar left Serpent Isle.

The helm has a protective rating of "4" and a warmth rating of +10.
