The Hall of Refreshment is a tavern on Terfin in Ultima VII.
Description[edit]
The Hall of Refreshment was run by the outgoing Forbrak, who was happy to talk about the other gargoyles on the island. Many of the other gargoyles on the island visited the tavern throughout the day.
