Two guards can be found protecting the city of Yew in Ultima IV.

If prompted, the Yewen guards would announce to the Stranger that their job was to preserve the peace and to ensure Justice, which they interpreted not only to mean proffering punishment to the wicked but also to mean duly rewarding the good. They also claimed that a good life is inspired by Love and guided by Truth.[1]
