Gilmore is a character unique to the Super Nintendo-port of Ultima VII, where he is the governor of Jhelom.
Description[edit]
Gilmore had little to say about the city which he over saw, although he recognized the propensity its citizens had for violence. He also mentioned that the Fellowship had a small presence in the island city.[1]
Trivia[edit]
- Gilmore's portrait is identical to that of Budo from the PC version of Ultima VII.
