Fraoch is a daemon in Windemere in Ultima V: Lazarus.
A creature of immeasurable evil, Fraoch had been pulled from his elemental plane, along with his brothers Saer'bhan and Sarkael, by the sorceress Elistaria, and bound by talismans of great power. Incapable of human speech, Faroch could merely sneer and growl at the hero, although, Saer'bhan felt his brother had been quite good-tempered prior to his enslavement, and that Fraoch meant 'heather' in their native tongue.[1]
Should the Avatar give Fraoch his binding element, the skull of Aegean Windemere, Fraoch would use his new found freedom to attack the Avatar.
