Eshka is an architect from the world Rhiannon.

Description[edit]

Eshka was commissioned to build a tomb to house the remains of the great warrior king Praecor Loth and his retainers, and wrote a record of his work which he secreted away in a remote location following the fall of Rhiannon to the Guardian. In this work, he describes not only the layout of the crypt he build, but also gives a lengthy account of his last visit to its grounds and how he found all who had been entombed there roused from the sleep of death by dark magics.

This document was eventually found by the Tarnan freedom-fighter, Bishop, who included a copy of it in a compilation of records and interviews known as the Gems of Enlightenment, which he intended to be used as a tool by those who opposed the Guardians campaign's of conquest.[1]

Lore[edit]

It is with regret that I, Eshka the Unstable, finally put aside the plans to the Tomb of Praecor Loth, perhaps the frnest structure I have ever designed. 'Tis unlikely I will ever build anything again, unless it be as a menial slave to the Guardian - perhaps I shall finish my days rowing a slave galley, or carving granite in the Logris Mountains. When the last of our citadels falls, the glory of my work shall be lost to history. The winter snows will cover the tomb, roads will decay and the stone crypt I built into a hillside for Praecor Loth will vanish into the trackless steppe.
