Ultima VII
Location: Trinsic

Ellen is the wife of Klog, the branch leader of the Fellowship in Trinsic in Ultima VII.

Description[edit]

Ellen served as bookkeeper for the Trinsic Fellowship branch, assisting Klog in his duties. After the Avatar's arrival, Ellen and her husband were among the few people in the city to recognize the hero at their first encounter.

Seemingly an innocent clergyman's wife, Ellen admitted no knowledge regarding the murders of Christopher and Inamo – whose bodies had been found hours before the hero's passage to Britannia. She was, however, quick to confirm her husband's word regarding his whereabouts the evening prior.[1]

Although it could later be revealed by means of the blackrock cube that Klog was aware of the events surrounding Christopher's murder and that he had used his wife to secure an alibi, Ellen did not appear to have any knowledge of her husband's involvement in the slaying, which may imply that she was not fully apprised of the Fellowship's inner workings.[2]

Lore[edit]

Like most prominent cities, we have a branch of The Fellowship. Klog and his wife have caused no trouble, and most of our other residents like them.

Trivia[edit]

  • Ellen's portrait appears to be a mirrored and feminized copy of Klog's, perhaps a nod to the notion that "like attracts like."
