Duclas is the tavernkeeper of The Slaughtered Lamb in Yew in Ultima V.

In Ultima V: Lazarus, Duclas told the Avatar that he prefers to leave the Oppression alone so that they leave him alone. He also told the Avatar about the arrest of Jeremy, and Jerone’s attempt to save enough gold to pay for his release.[1]
Duclas mentioned that Renayl had been a bit of adventurer in her day before settling down and founding the Flint and Lock. He further told the hero how Renayl frequently comes to the tavern offering to pay gold for information on the coming and going of customers, be he continued to refuse her offer, saying a mans comings and goings are their own business.
