The Blade of Striking is a magical sword which may be found on the body of the sorcerer Malchir in Ultima VIII.

Description

Nothing is known about this enchanted blade's origins or how the Master sorceror came to obtain it, although it possesses magical properties which serve to augment its bearer's prowess in combat (effectively raising the user's Dexterity by +7). The Avatar could lay claim to this weapon after slaying Malchir in the Obsidian Fortress.

Effectiveness of this Weapon

This weapon will inflict between 5-17 damage per hit.
