Bjorn is a sailor found in Buccaneer's Den.
Description[edit]
In Ultima IX, the Avatar found him in a tavern, discussing the Whirlpools with Aneassa and their devastating effect on shipping in the area. When the Avatar then interrupted them and asked Bjorn what he knew about New Magincia (at Raven's suggestion), Bjorn said that everyone had left that island and that there was no way to sail there at that time.[1]
When asked for any other means to get to the island, Bjorn told the Avatar to ask Keagan the cartographer.

- Bjorn's coversation with Aneassa is one of the few hints at how much time passed since the Avatar left Britannia.
