Barclay is a character unique to the Super Nintendo port of Ultima VII. She is a laborer, working in conjunction with the cobbler Mukow.

Barclay spoke little of what her work with Mukow entailed, being caught up in concern over the situation with Lock Lake. Should the Avatar manage to deliver the legislation from Britain which would prohibit dumping in the lake, Barclay would be much relieved, and would mention that a volunteer clean up crew was being organized.[1]
