Aria is a pirate who, together with her partner-in-crime Dunston, abducted the Silver Serpent from the Cathedral of Love in Ultima IX.

The Avatar was first put on her trail when the female monk Kimberly told the hero of the theft of the Serpent by Aria, who had enlisted as a novice to gain access to the serpent, then stole it. After arriving at Buccaneer's Den, the Avatar found Aria and Dunstan were arguing what to do next. They were surprised and killed by the Avatar in the following battle.[1]
It was later revealed after freeing the serpent, that the Guild of Buccaneer's Den was behind the crime.
