Wizard Raskin: "Zair doesn't want me to bring it up, but I know I saw one of the bandits from the High Hills carrying a Necrolith Shard during the last raid. If I could just get my hands on a couple, I could figure out what they're doing!"

Wizard Raskin: "Well, a Necrolith is a possessed monolith filled with the souls of creatures killed in the Stygian Abyss. The bandits in the High Hills must be using them to conduct some kind of forbidden magic."
